A pre-hung door set means the door leaf arrives already morticed and fitted into its frame, with hinges attached and the lock block pre-cut. You fix the frame into the opening, secure the architrave, and fit your handle — no hanging or fitting the door to the frame required on site. This dramatically reduces installation time and eliminates fitting errors.

Yes. Our standard sets are sized for 686mm, 762mm, and 838mm wide openings at 1981mm height — which covers the vast majority of standard UK residential and commercial openings. The adjustable frame accommodates wall thicknesses from 90mm to 130mm. For non-standard sizes, contact us for a bespoke quotation with a 10–14 day lead time.

Yes — all door leaves in our pre-hung range are available individually for replacement or bespoke installation scenarios. Frames and architraves are also available separately. Contact our trade team with your requirement and we'll quote accordingly.

Stock sets are dispatched next working day. Bespoke sizes and finishes carry a 10–14 working day lead time from order confirmation. For large project volumes, we recommend contacting us in advance to check availability and reserve stock. We can also stage deliveries to match your programme.

Handles and mortice locks are not included as standard — this allows you to specify the exact handle finish and lock grade for your project. The door leaf comes with a pre-cut lock block (57mm backset) ready for a standard mortice sash lock. We stock a full range of lever handles and escutcheons — ask your account manager for our hardware catalogue.
