The SpeedSet Interior Doorset is designed for fast installation, allowing each doorset to be installed in under 30 minutes. The doorset lining is adjustable, allowing easy modification to address variations in wall thickness encountered on site, ensuring a precise fit and efficient installation.
Available as FD30 fire single door or double door configurations. Pairs are supplied unassembled for ease of transportation and handling. Certifire approved and suitable for compliance with Building Regulations Part E.
Every SpeedSet Interior Doorset comes fully pre-serviced and ready for rapid, precise on-site installation.
SpeedSet doorsets can be supplied in a variety of door styles. FD30 fire single door or double door configurations are available. Pairs are supplied unassembled for ease of transportation and handling.
Supplied pre-mitred in various styles. White repaintable foil faced MDF architrave supplied cut to length — minimal site decoration required.
Factory pre-serviced and fitted with adjustable hinge, lock and latch options.
White repaintable foil faced moisture resistant MDF linings with multiple width options.
Pre-hung on three adjustable CE marked hinges with optional upgrades.
Factory pre-hung on three CE Marked adjustable chrome effect hinges (Bearing Class 13). Bearing hinge available in chrome effect and satin silver (optional on 44mm FD30 doors only). Door stop gap can be adjusted post-installation.
All fixing brackets and screws required are supplied with the SpeedSet doorset. Fixing brackets and fixing screws are hidden by the architrave for a clean finish.
32mm factory fitted door stops as standard.
Manufactured from 25mm moisture resistant MDF. FD30 doorsets come complete with intumescent strips fitted to jambs and head as standard. Smoke seals available upon request.
Door handles are not supplied and need to be purchased separately via your preferred supplier.

The SpeedSet Interior Doorset is pre-hung and pre-serviced in the factory. All fixing brackets, screws, adjustable hinges and ironmongery are fitted before delivery. The adjustable lining accommodates wall thickness variations on site. All of this means each doorset can be installed in under 30 minutes in a controlled environment.
Yes. The SpeedSet Interior Doorset is Certifire approved and suitable for options to comply with Building Regulations Part E (acoustic performance). FD30 fire versions come with intumescent strips fitted to the jambs and head as standard, with smoke seals available on request.
Linings are available in 77mm, 90mm, 95mm, 100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 135mm, and 150mm to 300mm. All linings offer ±10mm adjustment (77mm: +10mm only; 300mm: −10mm only). Linings are manufactured from 25mm moisture resistant MDF with a white repaintable foil face.
Door handles are not supplied as part of the SpeedSet doorset and need to be purchased separately via your preferred supplier. The doorset does come pre-fitted with a 65mm latch, bolt lock, and adjustable hinges. A roller catch is available for door pairs (not available on FD30 fire doors).
Yes. SpeedSet doorsets are available in both single and double door configurations. Pairs are supplied unassembled for ease of transportation and handling. An optional shootbolt is available for door pairs. Note that the roller catch is not available on FD30 fire door pairs.
