Available in FD30 (44mm) with FD60 options, in a variety of moulded, flush veneer and paint grade designs. Door widths of 838mm, 864mm, 914mm and 926mm as standard, with special sizes on request.

Secured by Design three point espagnolette locking system with anti-bump cylinder. Usable in solid or split spindle modes. Fitted with an escape (thumb turn) cylinder. 3* high security cylinder with anti-pick, anti-drill, anti-bump and sacrificial snap section.
Acoustic, smoke and draught seal together with intumescent seals incorporated at the frame head and jambs. Complies with Part E acoustic requirements.
Self-levelling drop seal fitted at the bottom of the door as standard. Automatically lifts clear of the floor as the door is opened by a few millimetres.
Aluminium threshold plate supplied as standard and must be fitted for compliance. An optional hardwood threshold is available on request.
Doors are hung on three compatible Grade 13 stainless steel security hinges with intumescent protection. CE marked and tested.
Assa Abloy DC300A V-arm or DC500A slide arm door closer, silver or stainless steel finish. V-arm silver is the default. All closers tested and CE marked to EN 1154. Supplied loose for fitting on site.
All doorsets supplied with a 3 point espagnolette lock with an anti-bump EuroProfile lock cylinder incorporating an internal thumb turn.
3× Grade 13, CE marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with intumescent protection.
Lever handles available in chrome (or optional silver). Fitted for use in either solid or split spindle modes.
Variable height dropseal concealed within the base of the door leaf. Higher efficiency mechanism lifts the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres. Self-levelling when fitted with the aluminium threshold.
Extruded aluminium threshold supplied as standard — must be fitted for compliance. Optional hardwood threshold available on request.

An Integral Garage Doorset is a fire-rated doorset fitted between a garage and the interior of a home. It provides critical fire compartmentation and security at this high-risk boundary point. Our doorsets are PAS 24 tested, Part Q compliant, and carry full Secured by Design approval.
Yes. Building Regulations require a minimum FD30 fire door between an integral garage and the living accommodation. Our doorsets are supplied as FD30 (44mm) as standard, with FD60 options available. All are Certsecure certified and Secured by Design approved.
Standard door widths are 838mm, 864mm, 914mm and 926mm. Special sizes are available upon request. All widths are manufactured to comply with Building Regulations Part M requirements for wheelchair and pram access.
